Elizabeth Ettridge Named MASCAC Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the third time this season, Bridgewater State University freshman midfielder Elizabeth Ettridge has been selected as the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week.

A native of Marshfield, Massachusetts, Ettridge tallied three goals and an assist for four points to go along with a ground ball and a draw control in the Bears' 18-3 MASCAC win over Mass. Maritime Academy this past weekend

In eight games this season, Ettridge has produced 14 goals and five assists for 19 points. She has also been credited with nine ground balls, nine draw controls and five caused turnovers.

Ettridge also garnered MASCAC Rookie of the Week honors on March 14th and again on March 21st.

The season continues for the BSU women's lacrosse team on Tuesday afternoon as the Bears travel to Plymouth State University for a four o'clock game with the Panthers.
