Men's Cross Country Places 21st at New England Regional

PORTLAND, Maine -- The Bridgewater State College men's cross country team raced to a 21st place finish at the NCAA Division III New England Regional held at Southern Maine on Saturday. Freshman Stephen Wahome (Lowell, MA) led the Bears in 78th place, finishing the 8,000-meter course in 27:01.9.

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the second time this season, Bridgewater State College sophomore Bill Taft has been selected as the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week.

KEENE, NH -- Sophomore Bill Taft (Hanson, MA) was the 12th runner across the finish line as he led the Bridgewater State College men's cross country team to a seventh place showing at the New England Alliance Championships on Saturday.
