NEW PALTZ, N.Y. -- The Bridgewater State College men's basketball team advanced to the championship game of the SUNY New Paltz/Rino's Pizza Tip-Off Tournament as the Bears downed Lehman College, 68-56, this afternoon in New Paltz, New York.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Junior forward Nicholas Motta (Fairhaven, MA) led five players in double figures with 20 points as the Bridgewater State men’s basketball team rallied for an 86-83 victory over Western New England College in the season opener for both teams Tuesday (Nov. 17) in the Alumni Healthful Living Center.
