2015 MASCAC Pre-Season Softball Poll (PDF)

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- The Bears of Bridgewater State University are the pre-season pick to win the 2015 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Softball regular season title.

In a poll of the league's coaches, the Bears collected six first place votes for 47 points. Landing in second place with one first place vote and 40 points is MCLA.  Salem State University rounds out the top three with 36 points including one first place vote.

BSU opens the 2015 campaign on Saturday afternoon at the Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic in Fort Myers, Florida.  The Bears take on Alverno College at one and the University of Minnesota Morris at three.
