Out of a timeout, a BSU serving error and an Emma St. Cyr (So., Dover, N.H.) ace cut the Curry deficit to 13-8. The Bears, however, responded by scoring eight of the next nine points, highlighted by kills from Crane and Sullivan, to put the set out of reach. Leading 24-13, Crane secured the match with a kill.
