Welcome to BSU Sports Performance!!
The BSU Sports Performance program provides Strength and Conditioning programming that focuses on advancing the student-athlete’s athletic experience by improving performance and decreasing the incidence of injury. Sport and position-specific strength and conditioning programs are developed, implemented, and progressed by the Sports Performance staff that consists of NSCA-CSCS Strength and Conditioning coaches with collaboration from the staff NATA-BOC Athletic Trainers. The Sports Performance programs focus on educating student-athletes about appropriate lifting and conditioning techniques utilizing all BSU athletic facilities on campus with the home facilities being the Kelly Gymnasium Sports Performance Center / Weight Room and the Swenson Athletic Complex Sports Performance Center (seasonal).
