BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the second straight week, Bridgewater State University senior Robbie Soucy has been selected as the Little East Conference (LEC) Men's Diver and Rookie Diver of the Week.

Soucy won both diving events this past weekend as the Bears closed out the dual meet portion of the schedule with a resounding 168-59 victory over Little East foe Plymouth State University. The Frye Island, Maine product posted scores of 149.75 points on the one-meter board and 178.15 points on the three-meter.

The LEC Rookie Diver of the Week honor marks the third of the season for Soucy who also earned the honor on December 9th.

The BSU swimming and diving teams are off untill the Little East Conference Championships. The four-day meet will open with the three-meter diving competition on Thursday, February 13th at Babson College. The final three days of the championship meet will take place at the Boston Sports Institute in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
