The Bridgewater State University Dance Team traveled to Florida this spring to compete in Dance Team Union’s College Classic National Championship. The team finished 3rd in Division III Jazz and 2nd in Division III Pom. The Pom placement was a new program high in this category, and the team could not be prouder of this finish!

 

Besides Nationals, the Bears had opportunities to perform at many on campus events over the last few months. They danced at home basketball games, Midnight Madness, Cheerleading's "Friends and Family Night", Dance Team Send Off, and Final Show. Final Show is an opportunity for the team to showcase pieces choreographed by team members. As always, this show was a blast with outstanding performances from both the Dance Team and Kinetic Edge Hip Hop.
