Women's Track & Field Competes at Dartmouth Relays

DARTMOUTH, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University women's indoor track & field team competed at the 2015 Dartmouth Relays on Sunday.

Sophomore Samantha Richner (Hanson, Mass.) placed seventh in the high jump with a leap of five feet, two inches (1.59 meters).

Junior Ariele Krevosky (Oxford, Mass.) added a seventh place showing in the 60-meter hurdles with a finals time of 9.69 seconds. Krevosky also posted a preliminary time of 9.62 seconds as she qualified for the Division III New England Championships in the event.

The Bears 4x200-meter relay team comprised of senior Ashley Aldred (Saugus, Mass.), sophomores Amanda Lane (Abington, Mass.) and Traci Perry (Middleboro, Mass.), and freshman Tori O'Dea (South Dennis, Mass.) posted a time of 1:51.46 to finish eighth in the event.

BSU's 4x400-meter relay squad consisting of Aldred, Lane, O'Dea and sophomore Abbie Pustis (Andover, Mass.) also placed eighth with a time of 4:13.71.

Next weekend, the Bears will compete at the Tufts Invitational.
