BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Senior Molly Rouillard(Dartmouth, Mass.) captured the individual title in the 10,000-meter run to lead the Bridgewater State University women's outdoor track and field team at the season-opening BSU Bears Invitational held on Saturday at cold and windy Swenson Field.

Rouillard, who competed in the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships in the fall and the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship meet earlier this month, posted a time of 37:06.13 to win the 10,000 and qualify for the ECACs in the event.

Danielle Poto (North Andover, Mass) placed second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 19:25.66, while Ariele Krevosky (Oxford, Mass) finished second in the triple jump with a mark of 33 feet, 7.25 inches (10.24 meters).

The outdoor season continues for the Bears next weekend when they compete at the Snowflake Invitational hosted by Tufts University.
