LA CROSSE, Wisc. -- Bridgewater State University senior Molly Rouillard (Dartmouth, Mass.) advanced to the finals of the women's 1,500-meter run at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Thursday afternoon at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Rouillard posted a time of 4:31.88 as she finished fifth in her heat and recorded the fifth best time overall. The top four finishers in each of the two heats as well as the next four best times advanced to the finals.

The finals of the women's 1,500 will take place on Saturday at 3:50 PM (EDT). Rouillard will also compete in the 5,000-meter run on Saturday at 6:30 PM (EDT).
