NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Bridgewater State University senior distance runner Molly Rouillard (Dartmouth, Mass.) has moved on to the finals of the one-mile run at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships held on the campus of North Central College.

Rouillard posted a preliminary time of 4:53.49 on Friday as she finished third in her heat.  The top three runners from each of the two heats plus the next four best times advanced to the finals.  The finals of the one-mile run will take place on Saturday at 2:40 PM (EST) and Rouillard will be seeded fifth.  The top eight placewinners in Saturday's final earn All-American status.

Rouillard also broke her own BSU indoor record in the event as she eclipsed her previous mark of 4:58.90 set earlier this season at the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association (NEICAAA) Championships held at Boston University.
