NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass.  – Senior Carrie Robitaille (Ludlow, Mass.) won a pair of events to lead the Bridgewater State University Women’s Indoor Track and Field team at the UMass Dartmouth Corsair Classic on Saturday.

Robitaille placed first in both the triple jump (34’8.25”) and the high jump (4’11.00”) an added a second place showing in the 100-meter hurdles (16.07 seconds.  Robitaille qualified for the ECAC Championships in the hurdles.

Junior Mychal-Lynne Folsom (Rockland, Mass.) finished second in the long jump (16’3.75”) and fourth in the 100-meter dash (12.97 seconds).

Senior Sarah Lagasse (Rehoboth, Mass.) and sophomore Laura McHugh (Mansfield, Mass.) added second place finishes in the 400-meter hurdles (1:10.95) and 400-meter dash (1:01.54), respectively.

Next Saturday, the Bears compete at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.
