WALTHAM, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University women's swimming & diving team competed at a tri-meet hosted by Brandeis University on Saturday.

The Bears (1-9) went 0-2 at the meet with a 193-95 loss to host Brandeis and a 217-66 setback to Keene State College.

Senior Sarah Biltcliffe (Fall River, Mass.) placed second in two events to lead the Bears.  Biltcliffe posted a time of 1:13.83 in the 100 breaststroke and a mark of 2:40.52 in the 200 breaststroke.

Sophomore Laura Gaudette (Fall River, Mass.) had the second best score for six dives on the one-meter board as she posted a mark of 171.85 points.

In upcoming action, the Bears travel to Bentley University on Wednesday evening for a six o'clock meet with the Falcons.
