WENHAM, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University women's swimming and diving team dropped a 123-116 decision to host Gordon College on Tuesday evening in Wenham.

The Bears received individual wins from junior Caroline Murphy (Wilbraham, Mass.) in the 100 backstroke (1:13.12), sophomore Rhiannon White (Falmouth, Mass.) in the 100 butterfly (1:09.47) and freshman Ariel Gillis (Blackstone, Mass.) in the 50 backstroke (:34.87).

Murphy and White along with junior Caroline McMillan (Whitman, Mass.) and sophomore Bridget Hasson (Milton, Mass.) also placed first in the 200 medley relay with a time of 2:03.60.

The Bears (1-5) will host Western New England College on Friday at 6:00 PM followed by a one o'clock home meet with Eastern Connecticut State University on Saturday afternoon.
