N. Dartmouth, MA --- Sophomore Lauren Phinney (Holbrook, MA) posted three top 10 finishes to help lead the women's swimming & diving team to a seventh place at the Little East Championships, hosted by UMass Dartmouth.

Keene State College captured their eighth LEC title with 449 points while the Bears ended the day with 67 team points to their credit.

Phinney recorded third in the 100-yard backstroke (1:04.17) before she ended the afternoon taking home eighth in both the 200-yard backstroke (2:23.85) and 50-yard free style (26.76).

Freshman Samantha Capone (Dracut, MA) notched eighth in the 1-meter diving while sophomore Bridget Hasson (Milton, MA) added 10th in the 100-yard butterfly.

BSU continues dual meet action when they head north to Gordon on Tuesday for a 6 PM matchup.
