Men's Cross Country Places 17th at James Earley Invitational

WESTFIELD, Mass. – The Bridgewater State University men's tennis team placed 17th out of 35 teams at the James Earley Invitational hosted by Westfield State University on Saturday at Stanley Park.

Sophomore Mark Waller (Andover, Mass.) paced the Bears with a 79th place showing as he completed the eight-kilometer course in a time of 28:08.20.

Junior John Breault (South Dartmouth, Mass.) was next across the line for the Bears as he posted a time of 28:38.51 to finish 100th overall. Freshman Ben DiNobile (East Greenwich, R.I.) rounded out the BSU harriers in the top 150 as he placed 128th with a time of 29:16.43.

Next Saturday, the Bears will compete at the Connecticut College Invitational held at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, Connecticut.
