Men's Swimming & Diving Competes at Brandeis Tri-Meet

WALTHAM, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University women's swimming & diving team competed at a tri-meet hosted by Brandeis University on Saturday.

The Bears (3-6) went 0-2 at the meet with a 177-102 loss to host Brandeis and a 170-117 setback to Keene State College.

Junior Max Medina (Marion, Mass.) and freshmen Bryceon Snowman (Pace, Fla.), Dylon Willis (Attleboro, Mass.) and Giulian Santos (Framingham, Mass.) placed second in the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 1:32.86.

Snowman also placed second in the 50 freestyle (23.59), while Willis finished second in the 200 breaststroke (2:21.92).

Junior Richard Smith (Milford, Mass.) added a second place showing in the 200 individual medley (2:02.11), while sophomore Alexander Belinsky (Norton, Mass.) recorded an 11-dive score of 339.55 points on the one-meter board to finish second overall in the event.

In upcoming action, the Bears travel to Bentley University on Wednesday evening for a six o'clock meet with the Falcons.
