Men's Swimming & Diving Drops 144-118 Decision to Regis

WESTON, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University men's swimming & diving team dropped a 144-118 decision to Regis College on Saturday.

Freshman Dylon Willis (Attleboro, Mass.) placed first in both the 50 breaststroke (28.85) and the 100 breaststroke (1:03.05).

Junior Richard Smith (Milford, Mass.) captured top honors in the 200 individual medley (2:03.75), while sophomore Jameson Rose (Somerset, Mass.) was the first to touch the wall in the 500 freestyle (5:11.06).

Senior Cassidy Bastienelli (Newton, Mass.) led the way for the Pride winning three events on the afternoon.

The Bears return to the pool on Tuesday evening when they travel to UMass Dartmouth for a six o'clock meet with the Corsairs.
