ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Bridgewater State University freshman Jameson Rose (Somerset, Mass.) posted a time of 22.72 seconds to finish 74th overall in the 50 freestyle at the 2016 ECAC Swimming & Diving Championships hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy on Friday.

Racing against mainly Division I swimmers, Rose finished sixth among Division III competitors in the event.

Day two of the three-day championship meet continues on Saturday with preliminaries getting underway at 10:00 AM.
