ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Senior Philip Tully (Cedar Grove, N.J.) posted a season-best time of 1:00.99 in the 100 breaststroke at the ECAC Open Swimming and Diving Championships held on Saturday at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
Tully placed 30th in the event versus predominantly Division I and Division II swimmers. He will compete in the 200 breaststroke on Sunday.
Tully is the first BSU swimmer or diver to compete in a postseason meet since diver Andy Fuccillo in 2003.
