Victor DaCosta joined the Bridgewater State men's soccer coaching staff in the summer of 2022. A 2019 graduate of Endicott College, DaCosta played three season for the Gulls from 2016 to 2018. He appeared in 44 games and potted a pair of goals. Victor was a two-time Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) All-Academic Team selection.
Victor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in sports management from Endicott in 2019 as well as a Masters of Business Administration in 2020.
Prior to coaching at Bridgewater State, DaCosta spent one season as an assistant coach at his college alma mater in the fall of 2019 and has served as a youth soccer coach in Dighton-Rehoboth since 2012. Victor has also officiated at the town league, club and adult league levels.
A native of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, Victor is a Membership Services Representative at WHOOP Labs in Boston.
