Kevin Foley joined the Bridgewater State football coaching staff in the summer of 2023. After graduating from Canton High school in 2001, Kevin went on to serve in the U.S. Army and he is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operating Enduring Freedom (OEF). After completing his four years of service, Kevin enrolled at Bridgewater State and played two seasons of collegiate football for the Bears in 2005 and 2006. He cut his playing career short to become a police officer. Kevin graduated from Bridgewater State in 2009 with a BS in Criminal Justice. While a police officer, Kevin coached football for several years at his high school alma mater. Kevin completed a masters degree in physical education with a concentration in strength & conditioning at BSU in 2016. Kevin also completed a masters degree in social work at Simmons university in 2018. Kevin now works as a licensed independent social worker at the Boston Veteran Affairs Hospital working with OIF/OEF era Veterans.
