Randy Frazier joined the Bridgewater State baseball coaching staff prior to the 2023 season. Frazier graduated Magna Cum Laude from BSU with a degree in physical education.

Frazier played three seasons for the Bears from 2016 to 2018. He captained the team in 2018 and was a three-time MASCAC All-Academic selection. Frazier was named to the All-MASCAC Second Team in 2018 as well as the MASCAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

Prior to joining the Bears' staff, Frazier was the infield coach and assisted with hitters at Wheaton College in 2019. He was also the head coach of the 18U Fall Prospect Team for 4 For 4 Player Acceleration out of Plymouth, Massachusetts from 2018-2020, and the head coach of 14U Team Boston from 2019-2021.

A native of Wareham, Massachusetts, Frazier works in sales at Zmags Inc. out of Boston.
