BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in conjunction with the BSU Department of Athletics has adopted a very special Holiday Season program called “Wheels for Wheels”.
The members of SAAC will be raising money for Bryan “Wheels” Bjorklund, a student-assistant coach for the both the football and men’s basketball teams at Bridgewater State. The money raised will help to offset the cost for repairs to the wheelchair lift on Bryan’s grandfather’s van. Between now and December 17th, they are hoping to raise more than the necessary $600 for the repairs. Please join us as we help obtain “Wheels for Wheels”!
Donations can be sent to the Bridgewaiter State University Department of Athletics in care of Bryan. If you would like to send a check, please make it out directly to Bryan Bjorklund. The mailing address for the department is 325 Plymouth Street, Bridgewater, MA 02325. A collection jar will also be in the athletics office as well as at all home basketball games throughout the 2010-2011 season.
