Bridgewater, MA - Two shows in two days meant a lot of work ahead of the BSU Equestrian Club, but they certainly made their mark qualifying two riders for regionals! During the weekend, both Sydney Hawes and Jeanna Meloni qualified for regionals in the spring. The team expects two more riders to also qualify before the regional show in April 2018.

Heather Griffin paced the Bears with two first place finishes. Both Kate Fuedo and club president Meloni received a second and third place finishes, along with Emily Wolfe, Sam Hayes, Taylor Palma, Caitlin McManus and Amanda McGee all receiving third place finishes throughout the two days. Rounding out the weekend was Hawes who received a fourth place finish. Both Hayes, Hawes and Meloni competed in new divisions this weekend as well.

The clubs last show of the semester is this Sunday, hosted by Tufts and Wheaton at August Farm in Holliston, MA.
