NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University women's cross country team competed at the UMass Dartmouth Shriners Invitational on Saturday.

Freshman Danielle Poto (North Andover, Mass.) paced the Bears as she placed 56th at the meet with a time of 19:51.

The Bears did not place in the team standings.  MIT captured the team title followed by Rowan University in second place and Wellesley College in third.

After a week off, Bridgewater returns to action on Saturday, September 29th when the Bears take part in the Tri-State Invitational hosted by CCRI.
