BRISTOL, R.I. -- Junior Molly Rouillard (Dartmouth, Mass.) placed seventh to lead the Bridgewater State women's cross country team at the season-opening Roger Williams Invitational on Saturday.

Rouillard completed the 5k course in 19 minutes and 49 seconds, while senior Jessica Eidinger (Sutton, Mass.) was next across the line in 22nd place for the Bears with a time of 21:22.

Bridgewater did not place in the team scoring.  Wellesley College was the team champion with a low score of 16, followed by UUass Dartmouth (62) and Roger Williams (69).

The Bears travel to North Dartmouth, Mass. next Saturday for the UMass Dartmouth Invitational.
