CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Four members of the Bridgewater State University women's outdoor track & field team competed on Thursday at the MIT Final Qualifier.
Graduate student Jayci Andrews (Plymouth, Mass.) placed first in the finals of the 100-meter hurldes (14.14) and captured top honors in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.34).
Junior Alison McDonough (Halifax, Mass.) finished second in the 100 hurdles with a finals time of 14.65 seconds.
Junior Abbi Peterson (Watertown, Mass.) and sophomore Serenity Sands (East Bridgewater, Mass.) placed first and second, respectively, in the high jump as they both posted a mark of five feet, 4.25 inches (1.63m).
The field for the 2022 NCAA Division III Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship is expected to be announced Friday evening by 8:00 PM.
