MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- The Bridgewater State University women's track and field team competed in the non-scoring Wesleyan Invitational III on Saturday.

Junior Molly Rouillard (Dartmouth, Mass.) posted a second place finish in the 3,000-meter run (10:52.17) and ran a leg on the Bears' first place 4x400 relay squad (4:11.06) along with classmated Co Davis (Mansfield, Mass.) and Sarah Lagasse (Rehoboth, Mass.) and freshman Malgorzata Czerwonka (Billerica, Mass.).

Davis also finished fifth in the 600-meter run (1:43.91), while freshamn Melissa Chiasson (Maynard, Mass.) placed eighth in the shot put (36'7.50") and sophomore Brianne Molloy (Methuen, Mass.) ninth in the 55-meter hurdles (9.91 seconds).

The Bears will compete in the Terrier Invitational hosted by Boston University next Saturday.
