BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- The Bryant University men's and women's swim teams swept a dual meet with Bridgewater State College this evening at the Mary Jo Moriarty Pool in Bridgewater.
The Bryant women won their meet by a margin of 161.5 to 118.5, while the men of Bryant swam to a 153-96 victory.
Junior swimmer Jillian Coache (New Bedford, MA) was the lone winner for the Bears as she won a pair of events against the Division II Bulldogs. Coache placed first in the 100 butterfly (1:02.28) as well as the 100 breaststroke (1:14.35).
The Bears are back in the water next Wednesday, January 23rd as they host a dual meet with Keene State College. Meet time is scheduled for 6 PM.
