BRISTOL, R.I. -- Senior Sean Fields (Norwalk, Conn.) posted the Bears' lone victory of the evening as the Bridgewater State University wresting team dropped a 47-4 decision to host Roger Williams University in Pilgrim Wrestling League (PWL) action on Wednesday evening.

The visiting Bears slip to 2-8 on the season and 0-3 in the PWL with the setback.  The Hawks up their dual meet record to 11-5 overall and 3-0 in league play.

Fields improved his individual record to 15-7 on the season as he recorded a 10-2 major decision over RWU's Ryan Butler in the 157-pound weight class.  Fields currently leads the team with his 15 wins.

The Bears are off until Saturday, January 9th when they host WPI at 2:00 PM.  The match is BSU's second and final home match of the season.
