BOSTON, Mass. – The Bridgewater State University wrestling team dropped a pair of matches to Division I opponents Boston University and Duke University on Saturday afternoon at BU.

The Bears fell to the host Terriers, 37-12, and bowed to the Blue Devils by a margin of 29-18.

Junior heavyweight Patrick Walsh (Stoughton, Mass.) led the way for Bridgewater State as he went 2-0 on the afternoon with a pair of forfeit victories.

Senior Ken Francis (New Bedford, Mass.) also added a forfeit win at 133 as did sophomore TJ Vallee (Augusta, Maine) at 197.

The Bears (5-13) travel to WPI next Saturday to take on the Engineers at noon.
