NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships Brackets 165/174 (PDF)

BRIDGEWATER, Mass.  -- Bridgewater State University seniors Zachary Bates (Leyden, Mass.)and Ethan Raymond (Middlebury, Vt.) were both eliminated from the NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships on Friday.

Raymond, competing in the 165-pound weight class, dropped an 8-6 decision to third-seeded Justin Bonitatis of The College of New Jersey in his opening round bout.  He was then pinned by James Myers of Olivet at 1:50 in the consolation round.  Raymond ends the season with a record of 29-10.

The 174-pound Bates lost to fourth-seeded Michael Reilly of Kings College, 2-0, in his first round match.  He then fell 6-2 in overtime to Wesleyan's Michael Roosa in the consolation round.  Bates wraps up the 2010-2011 campaign with a record of 31-8.
