Outdoor 2024: Placed 27^th with a personal best in the 400 (49.54s) and placed 14^th with a personal best in the 200 (22.37s) at the Kennesaw State Invite. Placed 7^th in the 400 (50.24s) and 8^th in the 200 with a personal best (22.22s) and member of the 5^th place 4x100 relay (42.30s) at the Amherst Spring Fling. Placed 2^nd in the 200 (22.41s) and in the 400 (50.42s) at the Silfen Invite. Placed 7^th in the 100 (11.15s) with a personal best at the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Placed 1^st in the 400 (50.06s) and 2^nd in the 200 (22.24s) and member of the 1^st place 4x100 relay team (42.40s) at the MASCAC Championship. Placed 10^th in the 400 (49.66s) and 23^rd in the 200 (22.72s) and member of the 6^th place 4x100 relay at the New England DIII Championship. Qualified and competed in the 200 at the NEICAAA Championship. 200 ranks 6^th and 400 ranks 3^rd on the outdoor all-time BSU Performance List. Named to MASCAC All-Academic Team for Winter/Spring. Named to 2024 MASCAC Men’s Outdoor Track & Field All Conference Team. Named to MASCAC Track Athlete of the Week on two occasions.

 Indoor 2023-2024: Set a personal best in the 300 (35.70s) and placed 4^th at the Suffolk Relays. Placed 1^st with a personal best in the 400 (49.83s) and placed 2^nd with a personal best in the 200 (22.50s) at the UMass Boston Beacon Invite. Placed 1^st with a personal best in the 500 (66.13s) at the Lyon Invite. Placed 1^st in the 400 (51.69s) at the Massasoit Classic. Set a personal best in the 400 (49.72s) and 200 (22.41s) at the Riverhawk Invite. Placed 4^th in the 400 (51.32s) and 2^nd in the 200 (22.27s) at the Tufts Cupid Challenge. Placed 2^nd in the 200 (22.83s) and 2^nd in the 400 (50.67s) and member of the 1^st place 4x400 relay team at the MASCAC Championship.   Placed 3^rd in the 400 (50.49s) and 8^th in the 200 at the USATF New England Championship. Placed 12^th (50.24s) in the 400 and member of the 8^th place 4x400 relay team at the New England DIII Championship. Placed 10^th in the 500 at the NEICAAA Championship. 200 time ranks 6^th, 500 time ranks 5^th and 400 time ranks 2^nd on the indoor all-time BSU Performance List. Earned MASCAC Track Athlete of the Week on two occasions. 

Outdoor 2023: Placed 9^th in the 400 and member of 1^st place 4x400m relay at the BSU Bears Invite. Placed 6^th in the 200 at the Corsair Classic. Placed 10^th in the 400 and 14^th in the 200 at the Springfield College Classic. Placed 14^th in the 400 and 33^rd in the 200 (PR23.85/0.7mph) at the Silfen Invite. Placed 8^th in the 400 and member of 1^st place 4x400m relay at the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Placed 6^th in the 400 (52.96) and member of the 2^nd place 4x400m relay at the MASCAC Championship (split 51s). Member of the 11^th place 4x400m relay at the DIII New England Championship (split 51s). Recognized within MASCAC All Academic List for 2023 spring sports.
