BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- For the second straight week and third time this season, Bridgewater State University sophomore Aaron Fowler has been selected as the Little East Conference (LEC) Men's Swimmer of the Week.

Fowler won two events and was part of a winning relay team last week in the Bears' 131-90 setback to Wheaton College. The Brookline, Massachusetts native captured top honors in both the 50 freestyle (21.97) and 100 breaststroke (1:03.42), and swam the opening leg (23.23) on the winning 200 freestyle relay squad (1:30.93).

The Little East Swimmer of the Week accolade marks the ninth of Fowler's career as he also earned the honors six times as a freshman in 2023-2024.

The BSU men's swimming and diving team is off until Saturday, November 23rd when the Bears travel to Clark University for a one o'clock meet with the Cougars.
