BRISTOL, R.I. -- The Bridgewater State College men's swimming & diving team dropped a 189-78 decision to host Roger Williams University this afternoon in Bristol.

The Bears (0-3) placed first in three events with sophomore Patrick O'Neill (North Edston, MA) earning two of the victories. O'Neill placed first in both the 50 breaststroke (:30.55) and 200 breaststroke (2:36.85) events.

Also picking up a win for the Bears was sophomore Sam Herman (Londonderry, NH) who captured a first place finish in the 50 backstroke with a time of :28.67.
