Robson Montrond Selected to Play in NEISL Senior All-Star Game

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Bridgewater State University senior forward Robson Montrond has been selected to play in the 2022 New England Intercollegiate Soccer League (NEISL) Division III Senior All-Star Game.

The NEISL Division III Senior All-Star Game will take place on Sunday, November 27th at Brandeis University. The match is slated to get underway at one o'clock.

Montrond is the ninth Bear selected to play in the NEISL Senior All-Star Game since 2008. He joins former teammates Liam Lenihan (2021) and Kevin Roberts (2021) as well as BSU men's soccer standouts Conor Murtagh (2015), Tucker Fairbanks (2012), Donald Flores (2011), Dan Roberts (2011), Mike White (2010) and Jon Machado (2008).

A native of Brockton, Massachusetts, Montrond notched five goals, including a pair of game-winners, and added four assists for 14 points in 19 games this season. The Brockton, Massachusetts product tied for fourth in the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) in assists and tied for fifth in game-winning goals.

A three-time All-MASCAC selection, Montrond wrapped up his career at Bridgewater State with 17 goals (five game-winners) and six assists for 40 points over 53 games.
