Field Hockey

Janet Veracka joined the BSU field hockey coaching staff prior to the 2014 season.  Coach Veracka is a 2005 graduate of Nichols College where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology.  She played three season for the Bison field hockey squad primarily as a midfielder from 2002 to 2004.

Prior to coming to Bridgewater State, Veracka served as the junior varsity head coach and assistant varsity coach at Duxbury High School. The Dragons won the Patriot League title in each of her six seasons on the staff.

Janet, who grew up in Kingston, Massachusetts and attended Silver Lake Regional High School, presently resides in Carver and works at G&G Silk Screening and Embroidery.
