All told, 1,943 Little East Conference student-athletes competing in the conference’s 21 championship sports were named to the LEC Academic Honor Roll in recognition of their academic performance in the Spring 2023 semester.

The Academic Honor Roll was one of two new academic recognition programs (along with the LEC Team Academic Awards) introduced by the Little East prior to the 2019 fall season. While the majority of Bridgewater State varsity squads are members of the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC), field hockey, women's swimming & diving, mens swimming & diving, women's tennis and men's tennis called the Little East home in 2022-2023.
