Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2019-2020 Bridgewater State University Athletics Virtual Awards Banquet.
Each day this week, we will be announcing the major award winners. Today (Thursday, June 4) we continue the major awards presentations with the Lee Harrington Unsung Hero Award recipients. Please keep in mind that we are honoring the student-athletes for their outstanding performances during the 2019 spring sports season, 2019 fall season and 2019-2020 winter season.
Congratulations to Jessica Haywood and Michael Da Silva for this well-deserved honor. Jessica competed on the women's cross country and track & field teams, while Michael served as a goalkeeper on the men's soccer team.
