David White
David White

David White was a hard-hitting middle linebacker for the Bears football team from 1976, 78-80. He was the Bears' team MVP in both the 1979 and 1980 seasons. In 1980 he was selected to the NEFC, ECAC and All New England All Star teamsas well as being named a Sports Information Directors All-American. He was also the Bears team captain in 1980. David finished his career with 10 career interceptions, two of which he returned for touchdowns.

Now living with his children in his hometown of Gloucester, MA, David works for the U.S. Postal Service and has been active as a coach in Gloucester for many youth sports at all levels including football, basketball and baseball.
