WATERFORD, Conn. – Junior Molly Rouillard (Dartmouth, Mass.) posted a 19th place finish to lead the Bridgewater State University women's cross country team at the Connecticut College Invitational on Saturday.

As a team, the Bears placed 14th at the meet which was held at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, Connecticut.  Rutgers captured the team title followed by Plattsburgh State and Tufts University in second and third respectively.

Rouillard recorded a time of 23:13 over the six-kilometer course.  Senior Sarah Lagasse (Rehoboth, Mass.) was next across the line for the Bears in 55th place with a time of 24:27.

After a week off, Bridgewater will compete in the MASCAC/Alliance Championships hosted by UMass Dartmouth on Saturday, October 29th.
