Erica Adams was named the Coordinator of Club Sports, Camps & Clinics as well as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach in the fall of 2015. In 2022, Erica transitioned to her current position of Athletics Operations Manager and continues to serve as the Bears' head women's lacrosse coach.

Erica is a 2008 graduate of Nichols College where she earned a degree in Business Administration. While at Nichols, Erica competed on the varsity women's lacrosse and women's soccer teams as well as the Bison club ice hockey squad. She played four seasons on the lacrosse team from 2005 to 2008, including two as the Bison starting goaltender. Adams is currently third all-time in program history with 321 career saves.

Erica served as the head women's lacrosse and women's soccer coach at Pine Manor College from 2010 to 2011. She also spent time as an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Mount Ida College (2012), Hendrix College (2013-2014) and most recently at Norwich University (2014-2015).

Erica also played semi-professional women's football from 2009 to 2015, including the last two seasons with the Boston Renegades.
