Victoria Van Alstine-Tauer joined the Bridgewater State University Athletics and Recreation staff in the summer of 2023 after spending time at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. Victoria brings a wealth of athletic training experience, having worked with athletes from the NCAA DI, DIII, high school, and youth levels. She has also been an active volunteer for the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) as a member of both the Early Professionals Committee and the Career Advancement Committee for ​three years and is currently a member of the Athletic Trainers of Massachusetts Awards and Scholarship Committee.

Victoria earned her Bachelor's in Athletic Training at Westfield State University, her Master's of Science in Exercise and Sport Studies at Smith College in 2018, and her MBA in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2022. 

As a student-athlete, Victoria competed in Cross Country and Track and Field at the NCAA DII and DIII levels. Outside of work, Victoria loves to spend time with her family, friends, and two huskies.
