Brittney Noons joined the Bridgewater State softball coaching staff in the summer of 2017. Brittney is a 2014 graduate of the University of Delaware where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health sciences and received the Outstanding Student Teacher award. She also earned a Master of Education in teacher leadership at Delaware in 2017.

Brittney appeared in 98 games over four seasons as a catcher and designated player for the Division I Fighting Blue Hens from 2011 to 2014. She belted three home runs, scored ten runs and drove in 11. Brittney captained the squad during her senior season of 2014 and was named to the all-tournament team at the Oceanic Time Warner Cable Paradise Classic hosted by the University of Hawaii.

Following her junior season in 2013, Brittney served as an assistant coach for the Worcester Hawks traveling U18 girls fastpitch softball showcase team under legendary USA Olympic coach Ralph Raymond.

A product of Dighton, Massachusetts, Brittney competed in softball and field hockey at Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School. She currently resides in Seekonk, Massachusetts and is a health and physical education teacher in the Pembroke school system. Brittney is also the lead softball instructor at Energy No Limit out of Taunton.
