About Lax Camp:
Our day camp is designed for youth boys and girls, ages 7-15, of all skill levels. Campers will be given superior instruction for improving lacrosse skills, as well as building confidence and being a great teammate. Players will be grouped based on individual abilities. Tuition includes a camp gift, instruction, and daily lunch at one of our campus dining facilities.
Facilities & Equipment:
The program will utilize Bridgewater State University's Swenson Athletic Complex, a turf field surface. We will provide lacrosse balls, nets, and other team play equipment. Each camper should provide their own individual equipment (i.e. stick, pads, helmets and gloves for boys / stick, goggles for girls). Please be sure to bring both cleats and turf shoes, as well as comfortable shoes for lunch. Players should also bring a water bottle to fill throughout the day!
Our Philosophy/ Objectives:
At Bridgewater State University we are committed to create a fun, safe and positive athletic environment. This program is designed for student-athletes who want to improve their individual lacrosse skills, as well as participate in a team environment. Student-athletes will participate in competitive drills, team building, fitness and small sided games with an outstanding staff of NCAA coaches and players.
