BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- The Bridgewater State University women's tennis team began preparations for the 2019 season as 14 student-athletes reported to preseason camp on Thursday (Aug. 22) morning and hit the Rosen Memorial courts for the first time later in the afternoon.
Head Coach David Purpura's squad opens the 2019 campaign on Monday, September 2nd when the Bears travel to Endicott College for a three o'clock match with the Gulls. The Bears then travel to Plymouth State University on Saturday, September 7th (1:00 PM) to open Little East Conference (LEC) play against the Panthers. Following two more road matches, the Bears welcome LEC foe Castleton University to the Rosen Courts on Saturday, September 14th (1:00 PM).
