19 Bears Named to NEISDA Fall All-Academic Team

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. -- Nineteen members of the Bridgewater State University men's and women's swimming & diving teams have garnered selection to the 2018-2019 New England Intercollegiate Swimming & Diving Association (NEISDA) Fall All-Academic Team.

In order for a swimmer or diver to be named to the NEISDA All-Academic Team, the student-athlete must have a semester (Fall 2018) GPA of 3.50 or better.

On the women's side, seniors Madison Damphousse (Marshfield, Mass.), Jennifer Marmion (Waltham, Mass.), Picabo Miskiv (Centerville, Mass.), Haley Nolan (Lowell, Mass.) and Danielle Souza (Mansfield, Mass.); juniors Shea Puma (Leominster, Mass.) and Adi Tobias (North Attleboro, Mass.); sophomore Katherine Werra (East Taunton, Mass.); and freshmen Ripley Devers (North Attleboro, Mass.), Jordyn Maxim (Lakeville, Mass.), Gabriella Rivera (Hanover, Mass.), Victoria Smith (Boston, Mass.) and Danielle Vissering (North Andover, Mass.) all collected the honor.

Seniors Alexander Belinsky (Norton, Mass.) Sean Collette (Waltham, Mass.) and Robert McDougall (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.); juniors Cameron Carnese (Framingham, Mass.) and Dylon Willis (Attleboro, Mass.); and freshman Bryan Abbott (Taunton, Mass.) garnered all-academic accolades for the men's team.
