WENHAM, Mass. -- Sophomore Sarah Biltcliffe (Fall River, Mass.) and freshman Abbie Grant (Mansfield, Mass.) each won two events to lead the Bridgewater State University women's swimming & diving team in a 145-117 setback to Gordon College on Saturday.

Biltcliffe placed first in both the 50 breaststroke (34.49) and 100 breaststroke (1:15.68), while Grant captured top honors in the 100 freestyle (1:01.04) and 50 butterfly (29.96).

Sophomore Mikaela Ross (Andover, Mass.) added a victory in the 50 backstroke (32.49), while freshmen Makaila Williams (Hyde Park, Mass.) and Amanda Brennen (Waltham, Mass.) placed first in the 50 freestyle (27.88) and 200 individual medley (2:28.38), respectively.

The Bears are off until December 5th when they compete at the three-day WPI Gompei Invitational.
